We strive to use locally sourced seasonal and organic produce whenever possible. We try to work with local farmer’s markets in whatever region or town we are in for the festival or event. Our smoothie van brings the 'Smoothies on Wheels' to your location. Exhibit Specs: Cargo Sprinter Van (2500 High Roof 170” WB) 25 ‘ x 7’ curbside dimensions & 10’6” high 45 gallon fresh water tank on roof 50 gallon waste water tank underneath Two serving windows & Tiki umbrella for overflow serving Powered by electricity, can use 110v or 30 amp plug-in Generator power when electrical power not available.
